Get your RV ready for the road with our Basic De-Winterization Package. This service ensures your RV’s essential systems are thoroughly checked and prepared for the camping season after winter storage. • Flushing the water system: We remove the RV-safe antifreeze from your water lines and fully flush the system to ensure safe drinking water. • Refilling and pressurizing water lines: Once the antifreeze is flushed, we refill and pressurize your water system. • Reconnecting the water heater: We restore your water heater to operational status, ensuring hot water is available for your upcoming adventures. • Battery check: We test your RV’s batteries to make sure they are charged and ready for use. • Basic appliance inspection: We do a quick check on essential appliances to ensure they’re functioning properly after storage. • This package provides the fundamental services to ensure your RV is safe, functional, and ready to hit the road for the new season.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our appointment policies before booking your service. 1. Scheduling Appointments; To schedule your RV service, use our convenient online booking system or give us a call. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details once your booking is complete. Service Availability: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). Service times are estimated based on the selected services. We strive to complete all services as scheduled, but unexpected delays may occur depending on the condition of your RV. 2. Payment Terms; Initial payment is due at time of booking. We accept debit, major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Invoices will be provided via email. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy; If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Please contact us to arrange a new service date. No-Shows: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of $75 + any mileage fees. 4. Service and Trip Charges - Mobile Services: If you’ve booked a mobile service, service trip charge of $3.00 per mile will be applied based on the distance from our location in Lennon, MI to your service location over 40 miles and is due at time of service. In-Shop Services: For services performed at our facility, you will receive a confirmation of the drop-off time. Please ensure your RV is dropped off on time to avoid any delays. 5. Customer Responsibilities - Preparation for Service: Please ensure that your RV is ready for the scheduled service. This includes emptying holding tanks and ensuring access to all necessary components. If your RV has any known issues (e.g., leaks, electrical problems), please inform us before your appointment so we can prepare accordingly. 6. Warranty and Liability; We stand behind the quality of our services. All work performed is guaranteed for 30 days. Please notify us immediately if any issues arise following service.
